This classic landscape painting archival print and features Paul Cézanne The House of Dr. Gachet in Auvers. Completed in 1873, Dr. Gachet was an art patron and was his home and portrait were painted by other impressionist artists such as Vincent Van Gogh. As a post impressionist, Cézanne became known for bridging impressionism with the new approach to art and painting in the 20th century. His use of color and small brushstrokes created a rich depth and he was well respected by his French and other contemporaries, such as Picasso and Matisse. This particular image would look lovely on a gallery wall featuring complementary colors and serene images.
